As a Prep Cook, You Will
- Complete daily preparation of food
- Ensure food is prepped with high quality and in a timely fashion
- Maintain the kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
- Organize work areas as well as storage areas
- Maintain a high standard of safety and sanitation
- Communicate with kitchen staff
- Follow instructions as directed by the kitchen manager
- Assist in all areas of the kitchen as required
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Follow all operations policies and procedures
- Work alongside the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Love for building strong relations with team members
- Flexibility - Our back-of-house staff will work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Must possess a desire for personal and professional development
- Ability to multitask and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to have fun a work, when you have fun our guests do too
- Cooking or prep experience is an asset
- A culinary diploma or degree is considered an asset
- Food Handling Certification required
