We are looking for a skilled Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team at Manning Elliott LLP in Surrey. This individual will play a key role in providing administrative assistance to our Partners and production team, as well as handling client reception duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, possess strong organizational skills, and exhibit excellent communication abilities. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Reports to: Partners/Assistant Manager, Administration
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Distribute mail
- Act as first point of contact for visitors
- Provides high-quality word processing and appropriate distribution of all correspondence, engagement draft and end-product materials
- Provides general team administrative support as specified or needed (including intra-team and intra-office)
- Proofread and prepare proposal packages
- Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Actively supports and participates in firm-wide initiatives
- Participates in the firm’s Team Development and Performance Management program
- Promotes the firm’s Quality Control Standards
- 1-3 years Administrative Assistant experience, preferably in a professional services setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Possess exceptional organizational skills.
- Able to complete assignments with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple assignments.
