Shift Schedule: Rotation to be determined

Hours Per Day: 10–12 hours

Job Overview:
GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Diamond Driller Helper to join our Valued Clients team at Prince George, British Columbia, with travel to other project locations across North America. This is a full-time position, ideally suited to an individual committed to excellence and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of diamond drilling equipment.

  • Handle and transport drill rods and core samples.

  • Clean and prepare drill sites and maintain a safe work area.

  • Perform regular checks on machinery and report equipment malfunctions.

  • Support the Driller and follow operational and safety procedures as directed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a drilling or remote camp environment.

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads repeatedly.

  • Able to work in remote locations under varying weather conditions.

  • Demonstrated commitment to safety practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working as a Driller’s Helper.

  • Mechanical aptitude or relevant trade experience.

  • Valid safety certifications (e.g., First Aid, WHMIS, H2S Alive).

Work Environment:

  • Remote camp-based work in varied weather conditions.

  • Outdoor physical labour, including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.

  • Use of heavy equipment and hand tools; PPE required.
