We’re looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager with strong experience in a SaaS environment combined with an understanding of the SEO industry, who thrives on building strong client relationships, driving product adoption, and ensuring long-term customer success.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding, run tailored product training, and support complex setups with the implementation team
- Own post sale relationships, monitor engagement, and hold regular check ins to drive adoption and results
- Build success plans, spot upsell and cross sell opportunities, and collaborate on customer advocacy efforts
- Escalate issues, liaise with internal teams, and gather feedback to improve the product and experience
- Manage renewals, flag churn risks early, and maintain accurate records and forecasts
- 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment to drive customer outcomes and long-term retention across Enterprise clients
- Solid understanding of SEO (on page, off page, technical), tools like GSC, SEMrush, and ability to discuss strategy with clients
- Empathetic communicator with experience managing enterprise and mid market clients and acting as a trusted advisor
- Confident explaining SaaS platforms and technical concepts; familiarity with APIs, analytics, or CMS integrations is a plus
- Skilled at prioritizing tasks, using tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, and maintaining clear documentation and action plans
- Comfortable interpreting KPIs, spotting risks and opportunities, and solving problems proactively
- $5,000-$6,000 per month/depending on your location and skills/experience
