The Sr. Manager of GTM Operations will be responsible for executing and optimizing go-to-market (GTM) operations. This role will focus on implementing scalable operational processes, managing day-to-day GTM execution, and ensuring operational excellence across all customer touchpoints. The position involves overseeing process optimization, system administration, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination to support business growth and customer success.

About The Role

In this role as Sr. Manager, GTM Operations, you will be responsible for:

  • Customer Operations & Process Excellence: Execute customer success operations and implement process improvements using automation and AI technologies
  • Onboarding Operations: Manage and optimize onboarding operations to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences at scale
  • Customer Journey Operations: Operationalize customer lifecycle processes, ensuring smooth transitions between stages and proactive engagement
  • Channel Operations & Execution: Execute channel operations and ensure seamless day-to-day GTM activities across all channels
  • Channel Support & Training: Provide operational support and training to ensure channels have proper processes and workflows
  • Initiative Execution & Performance Tracking: Execute key initiatives and maintain performance dashboards and reporting systems
  • GTM Systems Administration & Process Optimization: Manage GTM systems, oversee data integrity, and drive operational efficiency improvements
  • Digital Operations & Implementation: Execute digital initiatives and manage operational aspects of technology implementations
  • Partnership Operations: Coordinate partnership activities and manage operational aspects of alliance relationships
  • Market Intelligence Operations: Execute competitive monitoring processes and maintain market research databases
  • Research Operations & Data Management: Manage survey operations, data collection processes, and insights distribution workflows


About You:

You're a fit for the Sr. Manager, GTM Strategy, Planning & Operations role if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree or minimum of 6 years of professional operations experience required
  • 3+ years in an operations role with strong analytical skills and experience managing operational metrics and KPIs
  • 1+ years of team leadership or project management experience
  • Experience presenting operational results and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Experience working cross-functionally with ability to coordinate workflows and processes across multiple teams
  • Proficient in working with operational data, process mapping, and workflow optimization
  • Ability to execute initiatives efficiently while maintaining quality and managing multiple operational priorities
  • Detail-oriented and process-focused, with strong project management skills and ability to meet operational deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex operational processes into clear documentation
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and process documentation
  • Operations experience with customer-facing processes and GTM functions
  • Strong coaching abilities and experience developing operational procedures and team capabilities
