Quadient is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Service Manager to lead, inspire, and grow our field service team within Mail Solutions. This role is pivotal in driving service delivery excellence, operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction while supporting revenue growth and strategic initiatives. As a key leader in our organization, you will guide your team to deliver world-class service that strengthens our market position and enhances client trust. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee execution of service activities, including installations, remote/on-site support, customer escalations, and technical training
  • Make business decisions using sound judgment to resolve operational challenges and customer issues
  • Cultivate a customer-centric culture by nurturing strong relationships and ensuring service excellence at every touchpoint
  • Develop and implement regional service programs to increase service revenue and margin
  • Manage team operational expenses and parts costs within budget
  • Lead, coach, and develop field service personnel with regular 1:1s and ride-a-longs
  • Deploy product training, workflow optimization, and performance coaching
  • Set up and manage third-party service partners as needed
  • Monitor and analyze service KPIs for continuous improvement
  • Conduct strategic customer site visits to identify future opportunities
  • Promote Sales lead generation and service solicitation programs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product Engineering


Travel Requirement
  • 20–30% travel to support team development, customer relationships, and field operations


Qualifications & Experience
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in mailing or related industries, ideally with a field service/technical management background
  • Proven leadership in managing distributed teams and driving performance
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
  • Operational agility and effective real-time problem-solving
  • Strategic mindset with ability to link performance to business outcomes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/reporting tools

Compensation: The salary range for this role, taking into consideration qualifications and experience, is $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 CAD annually.
