What You'll Do
- Accurately enter and transpose invoice and shipment data into internal systems
- Monitor internal communications and respond to incoming requests in a timely manner
- Track down missing documents and ensure complete files
- Generate accurate billing and invoicing for customs entries
- Back up reception duties and assist clients when needed
- Support the customs analyst team with data-driven insights and documentation handling
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to uphold our service standards
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with a strong accuracy rate
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written, verbal, and visual instructions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional and friendly communication style, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
