Are you friendly, detail-oriented, and love working with people? We’re looking for a Grad Photography Welcome Host for approximately 7 weeks to help create a fun, efficient, and memorable experience for graduating students on their photo day.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a warm personality, excellent multitasking skills, and an interest in events, customer service, or the creative industry.

About The Role

What You'll Do
- Greet and check in graduating students for scheduled photo sessions
- Help clients with graduation gowns, v-stoles, and regalia
- Support customers with basic ordering questions
- Ensure each visitor has a smooth and positive experience
- Keep the front-of-house area/coffee station clean, organized, and welcoming
- Respond to client inquiries
- Work closely with photographers to maintain a steady photo session flow
- Friendly, upbeat, and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Great with organization, multitasking, and staying calm under pressure
- Basic computer literacy
- Team player with a can-do attitude and attention to detail
- Experience working in hospitality and events
- Must be comfortable standing, walking, and helping clients with regalia
- Seasonal, part-time hours Oct 20 - Dec 12 — mostly weekday evenings
- Casual, professional dress code
- Fun, fast-paced environment
- Training provided — no photography experience required!
