As a Supervisor, you will manage daily operations, lead staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and foster a positive atmosphere in the pub. Responsibilities:
- Supervises staff activities and productivity at all times.
- Ensures excellent front-of-house service, allocating and supporting staff throughout the shift to maintain exceptional customer service.
- all other duties as assigned.
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
