Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and emails from clients and team members
• Communicate effectively (written and verbal); edit correspondence; listen actively
• Complete projects promptly and efficiently
• Take initiative and demonstrate confidence
• Ensure client satisfaction with services
• Achieve customer satisfaction, revenue goals, and long-term client success
• Handle all safety paperwork and documentation
• Follow drawings and instructions from sales and supervisors
• Discuss needs with customers and align services accordingly
• Manage client communications, resolve conflicts, ensure compliance
• Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions
• Represent the brand at trade shows and networking events
