With global offices that include headquarters in Dallas, Texas and Centers of Excellence in Montreal, Quebec and Wroclaw, Poland, we collaborate across borders and time zones in a dynamic hybrid work environment that values connection, flexibility, and impact.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the consistent, high-quality delivery of complex projects for enterprise and strategic clients including onboarding implementations, phased rollouts, pilot programs, and client-funded product enhancements. This role leads high-visibility initiatives requiring effective coordination with internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party partners, often at senior or executive levels. The Senior Project Manager also ensures clear scope definition, manages change control, and oversees client approvals such as UAT and post–go-live signoff.

In addition to project execution, this role plays a critical part in broader program oversight—aligning cross-functional workstreams with strategic objectives and driving the delivery of product enhancements. Operating at both project and program levels, the Senior Project Manager manages interdependencies, resolves roadblocks, and ensures that all stakeholders are aligned and accountable throughout the lifecycle of strategic initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle delivery of strategic client projects, including onboarding, phased rollouts, pilot programs, and client-funded product enhancements.
  • Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams, clients, and third parties—ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely decision-making.
  • Define and manage project scope, securing internal and client agreement on in-scope vs. out-of-scope items, and authoring change orders when deviations occur.
  • Oversee execution of client-funded product features, coordinating across product, engineering, and service teams to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
  • Own the end-to-end signoff process, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and final go-live acceptance to confirm completion and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accountability for project financials, timelines, resource alignment, risk management, and stakeholder communication
  • Facilitate governance routines (e.g., steering committees, executive briefings, RAID reviews) and ensure operational excellence through clear documentation and status reporting.
  • Operate at the program level when needed, managing multiple interdependent initiatives to drive strategic outcomes across departments.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience leading complex, enterprise-scale implementations with full ownership from planning through go-live.
  • Proven ability to manage client-funded enhancements, with strong change management, stakeholder coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Demonstrated program-level oversight capability, especially across initiatives involving both client delivery and internal product enhancements.
  • Deep knowledge of project governance best practices, including scope, cost, schedule, risk, and communication management (PMI-aligned).
  • Strong budget and resource planning acumen with the ability to optimize delivery within fixed constraints.
  • Skilled in issue resolution and executive escalation, with a proactive approach to solving problems and presenting actionable recommendations.
  • Trusted communicator with senior-level stakeholders and executive sponsors; maintains a high degree of professionalism.
  • Exceptional operational discipline, documentation accuracy, and ability to lead projects across distributed, cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification (certification number to be provided)
  • 5+ years of experience in project and program management, with a strong focus on enterprise-level implementations
  • Fluency in English; French is a strong asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and ability to lead within either framework as needed
