Responsibility

  • Preparing legal documents
  • providing administrative assistance, and supporting legal professionals in their day-to-day tasks.
  • Include managing communication with clients and handling a variety of legal and administrative tasks to ensure real estate transactions are closed in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in conveyancing and working as a Legal Assistant
  • Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and familiar with LTSA web filing processes.
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Administrative Assistance experience
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Experience and/or familiarity with GoVeyance, Soluno, Clio, and/or similar software programs.
