What You’ll Like About This Job

RailWorks is hiring Track Foremen to oversee safety and field coordination for crews operating on active rail lines. Based in Mississauga and Toronto, this unionized role involves daily site inspections, flagging duties, and compliance with railway operating rules. Ideal candidates will have prior railway industry experience and a strong commitment to safety.

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years of railway industry experience
• Canadian Railway Operating Rules certification
• Track Inspection certification (asset)
• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence
• Strong communication and safety awareness
• Comfortable working outdoors and around live tracks
