We are looking for a dedicated, professional, guest service-oriented individual to join our Revenue team as a Revenue Analyst.

The Revenue Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Area Director of Revenue in crafting competitive, data-driven strategies that enhance hotel performance across multiple properties. This position focuses on revenue optimization, data analysis, and system coordination to ensure accurate rate positioning, strong channel performance, and informed business decisions.

Salary range: $75,000 - $85,000

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed analysis to support the Area Director of Revenue in developing competitive and effective strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Assist with the implementation of the hotels’ sales strategy by managing and coordinating pricing recommendations across multiple booking channels, including direct, third-party, and corporate segments.
  • Regularly analyze the performance of deployed revenue strategies and tactics, identifying trends, and recommending adjustments to optimize outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate key distribution channels, ensuring optimal marketing exposure and revenue generation across platforms like OTAs, brand.com, and GDS.
  • Assistance with rate loading.
  • Leverage business intelligence tools and gather market insights to support revenue strategies and ensure the hotel remains competitive within the market.
  • Create and maintain reports on key metrics such as RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy, offering actionable insights and forecasts for upcoming business periods.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support aligned pricing and promotional strategies
  • Compile data and presentation materials for weekly strategy meetings; present insights and support recommendations

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in hotel revenue management or a related analytical function preferred.
  • Hotel operations experience in the rooms division is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required; knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with property and revenue systems such as Opera PMS, IDeaS G3 RMS, Reserve, and SynXis CRS preferred.
  • Understanding of business intelligence tools (e.g., STR, Demand360, Agency360).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting data and insights to cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
