Your role :
- Act as the first point of contact in understanding major HR policies
- Handle various equipment and service requests for the team staff
- Integrate and participate in the training and coaching of new support staff
- Actively participate in recruiting new resources within the team
- Get involved in understanding and participating in the year-end performance evaluation process
- Ensure the follow-up of schedules and vacations of team members
- Assign and supervise operational and administrative tasks within the team
- Optimize work processes
- Supervise project progress within the team
- Supervise and follow up via KPIs to maximize the performance and quality of work of associate advisors, financial planners, and the analyst team
- Develop and maintain an effective administrative structure
- Ability to thrive in a demanding and fast-paced environment

Prerequisites:
- Experience in process and operations optimization, a strong asset
- Aptitude in planning and organizing work based on volume, resources, and priorities
- Experience in personnel management or coaching
- A Bachelor's degree and 5 to 6 years of relevant experience for the position
