Position Overview: Compugen is seeking an IAM Architect for an initial 18 month contract working on site. We require someone with broad cloud computing and cloud – based IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience with cloud computing and cloud-based IAM solutions
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, and attributes, including Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
  • Validate user identities using passwords, multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and biometrics
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols and directories such as SAML, LDAP, and Entra ID
  • Provision and manage user access rights based on roles and permissions, including
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Familiarity with access governance frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) and ISO 27001
  • Manage access for users with elevated privileges securely and effectively
  • Adapt IAM strategies for cloud environments, including identity federation and cloud-based access management
  • Implement monitoring and auditing mechanisms to track access activities and detect anomalies or breaches
  • Integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications and services to ensure secure access across platforms
  • Provide training and support to employees on IAM policies and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business users, IT teams, and security professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must have at least (3) Three years experience developing IAM roadmap
  • Must have at least (3) Three years hands-on experience designing IAM Policies, Standards and Procedures
  • Must have at least 2 years experience supporting the implementation of on-prem and cloud-based IAM systems
  • Must have at least (3) Three years experience conducting IAM Security Assessments, Testing and troubleshooting
  • Must have 2 years post certification experience - CISSP, CISM, SABSA, TOGAF preferred
