Badger is hiring Hydrovac Operators in Hamilton to perform precise, safe excavation using vacuum trucks. This hands-on role involves operating equipment, interacting with customers, and traveling to various job sites. It's a strong fit for safety-focused individuals with a valid DZ or Class 1 license—even those with limited experience are encouraged to apply.

- Experience with hydrovac equipment or industrial fieldwork
- Familiarity with safety tickets (e.g., First Aid, H2S, Fall Protection)
- Ability to drive manual transmission trucks (10–18 speed)
- Previous union work experience in a field operations role
