SAP Ariba Consultant

Job Description

Infosys Public Services is seeking a SAP Ariba Consultant. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance in Ottawa, ON or be willing to relocate to the area.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualification:

• Responsible for supporting Ariba On-demand implementation and/or operations
• Responsible for supporting the following Ariba Modules: Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management and Procure-to-Pay
• Attending team meetings and status reporting
• Participate in risk and issue resolution management
• Ability to work with a diverse team that includes vendors and Project delivery team for functional and technical solution delivery.
• Ability to support business process design workshops/discussions
• Conduct test activities (PT, SIT, and UAT)
• Ariba solution production deployment
• Resolve defects and work on Change Request for operational support
• Collaborate with SAP and/or other product and service vendors
• Participate in business development and proposal response
• Professional experience working with large IT ERP programs.
• Experience and knowledge of SAP Ariba on-demand.
• Proficient level of experience with SAP Ariba Network
• Proficient level of SAP-Ariba Sourcing and Contract Management, SLP, and Procurement.
• Business Consultant professionals to analyze, design and/or develop best practice and business changes through technology solutions
• Good understanding of SAP Ariba Procure to Pay integration with ERP Financial modules and process
• Has Reliability Clearance in Canada or is eligible to receive a Reliability Clearance in Canada
• Strong functional, technical and integration skills.
• Strong client facing skills
• Good understanding of end to end Procure to Pay processes.
• Industry knowledge in Public Sector
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Prior consulting experience in process design, SAP Ariba advisory and implementation,
  
  

Security Clearance:

Security Clearance (Enhanced Reliability Status) from the Government of Canada or the candidate should be a resident of Canada for 5 continuous years.

Estimated Annual Compensation Range For The Candidate

based in the below location will be:

Ontario: $ 85,000 to $ 90,000.
