Endress+Hauser Canada was founded on May 1st, 1990. The company's main office is in Burlington, Ontario and additional offices are in Montreal, Quebec, Calgary & Edmonton, Alberta. Our Channel Partners and Authorized Service Partners provide coverage and support across Canada.
We are looking for a Service Proposal Administrator to be responsible for leading the development of Value-Added Service proposals for instrumentation, across all accounts, regardless of account coverage (channel partner, regional direct sales, national, and regional strategic accounts).

Which tasks will you perform?
- Work closely with Sales teams to understand customer’s goals, objectives and business needs and develop proposals to address those needs
- Manage service proposal pipeline for all assigned accounts he/she is accountable
- Manage Customer and Service Opportunities using the C360 Customer Relationship System (Salesforce).
- Responsible for the compliance with the Company's opportunity acquisition process including preparation of quality gates and ensuring technical and commercial approvals are obtained
- Manage and coordinate proposal development activities for all new Value-Added Service Opportunities.
- Communicate verbally or in writing with customers to understand the complete scope of supply (beyond just what has been asked)
- Define the scope of supply and incorporate in the proposal
- Fielding of all customer inquiries received
- Processing of customer orders, ensuring successful hand-over to the Service Execution & Coordination team so all customer needs and expectations are well understood to be properly executed
- Work closely with other processes such as Application Support, Projects, Service, Logistics or Marketing in order to fully satisfy the customers’ needs
- Post-secondary education is preferred in either Business or Technical fields like instrumentation, automation, electronics or engineering
- Minimum 5 years of Business 2 Business experience in Sales and/or Customer Service
- Intermediate computer processing skills, including SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Aspiration to sales in order to expand customer inquiries
- Bilingual English and French
