What You Will Be Doing

  • Own the Meta advertising battlefield with laser-focused parent targeting and ironclad CAC objectives
  • Transform our funnel into a conversion powerhouse through rapid experimentation and optimization
  • Wield our cutting-edge AI arsenal to create and deploy compelling lead magnets and landing pages
  • Play money-ball with campaign budgets, following the data to maximize ROI
  • Make subscriber growth your personal scoreboard with weekly performance-driven decisions

Growth Marketing Lead Key Responsibilities

Your mission is crystal clear: drive subscriber growth while maintaining or beating our CAC targets through hands-on campaign management, strategic content deployment, and smart budget allocation. This is about results, not process.

Basic Requirements

  • Track record of slashing CAC by 20%+ through direct Meta Ads campaign optimization
  • Battle-tested experience managing monthly Meta budgets between $5K-15K in DTC or subscription environments
  • A/B testing wizard with 5+ experiments under your belt using industry-standard tools
  • Self-sufficient in analytics - you know how to find and interpret the data you need
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools for content creation and deployment
  • Proven success in U.S. DTC marketing, specifically targeting parents/families
  • Independent operator who thrives without a support structure
  • Ready for a performance-based contract role with potential for growth based on results

Legends is a confidence-training app that builds legendary kids. Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
