ROLE
Sid Lee is seeking a creative and driven Brand Manager to help shape and amplify the Sid Lee story. As a key member of the North American Brand & Strategy team, you will work at the intersection of storytelling, creativity, and community, growing our presence among clients, talent, and the broader creative industry.
You will oversee the planning and execution of story-led content, stay connected to our agency’s people and culture, and activate our innovation and creative expertise with a content-first approach. From working with our PR partners to concept, to rolling out new ideas alongside our in-house talent, you’ll balance strategic planning with hands-on tactical delivery.
This role manages the day-to-day of our always-on content engine while steering larger-scale initiatives, including heading our TikTok video content series and project managing a core team (content, creative, and strategy) responsible for ideation and design. You’ll champion best practices, track performance, and curate content that drives lead generation, celebrates our creative work, and elevates Sid Lee as an industry thought leader.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and evolve Sid Lee brand’s presence across social channels, particularly TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Stay closely connected to people, projects, and culture at Sid Lee to find and tell compelling stories
- Project manage a core team (content, creative, strategy) responsible for content brainstorms and production
- Develop and execute content calendars with a mix of evergreen, campaign, and real-time social moments
- Work with PR partners to align messaging, support earned media, and maximize reach
- Collaborate to create social content assets for different formats and platforms
- Guide best practices for organic and paid social content, brand voice, and community management
- Track performance analytics; optimize tactics and report outcomes
- Drive lead generation and reputation goals, highlighting creativity, thought leadership, and innovation
- Stay ahead of social trends and emerging formats, especially in video-first storytelling on TikTok
- 1 to 3 years of social strategy and hands-on content creation experience, ideally at an agency or creative brand
- Strong understanding of platform best practices, measurement frameworks, and audience engagement tactics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills—able to work cross-functionally and inspire creative teams
- Naturally curious about culture, creativity, and the evolving digital landscape
- Experience creating and briefing visual content; confident collaborating with design and video teams
- Passionate about storytelling and building brand reputation through content
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Bilingual in English and French (nice to have)
