Harvard Developments has an immediate opening for a Manager of I.T. to join its Regina team in leading the strategic direction and operational excellence of its technology environment. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a forward-thinking professional who thrives in a dynamic, service-oriented workplace.

The company oversees more than 9 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial properties throughout Western Canada, with offices in Regina, Calgary, Edmonton, and Winnipeg.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead Harvard’s I.T. operations including infrastructure, networks, business systems, and end-user support
  • Guide a team of I.T. professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
  • Drive strategic initiatives in cloud adoption, infrastructure modernization, and cybersecurity
  • Oversee vendor relationships, licensing, and contract performance
  • Support business continuity through disaster recovery planning and risk management
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver system upgrades, data workflows, and reporting enhancements
  • Explore opportunities to integrate AI and automation tools to improve internal processes

What You Will Bring:

  • 8+ years of progressive I.T. experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
  • Strong technical knowledge with a practical understanding of AI/ML applications
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and deliver complex projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, TOGAF, or CISSP are considered an asset
