The Role
We’re working with an established leader in the construction industry who’s expanding into new industry verticals with the launch of a new division. With over 25 years of success in highly regulated and industrial environments, they’re looking for a sales-driven Account Manager to help them scale operations across Southern Ontario.
This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a broad territory (Cambridge to Windsor and Niagara to North GTA), focusing on high-growth industries like Food Processing, Manufacturing, Property Management, Pharmaceuticals, and Winery/Brewery Operations.
As the Account Manager, you’ll bring a hunter mindset, a love for field-based sales, and a passion for building long-term B2B relationships in industrial environments. You'll be instrumental in developing a new division from the ground up, backed by strong leadership, cross-functional support, and a clear pathway for advancement.

- Monday–Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, with in office sales meetings (Mon, Wed, Fri)

- Supportive team environment with collaboration across sales, estimating, and project management
- Drive new business across key sectors (food processing, pharma, industrial manufacturing, and more)
- Cold call, prospect, and book on-site visits with key decision-makers
- Conduct site walkthroughs, scope projects, and recommend solutions
- Own your sales pipeline from initial lead through to handoff with PMs
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing B2B clients
- Serve as a consultative partner, understanding each client’s facility needs and offering tailored maintenance solutions
- Collaborate closely with estimators, operations, and project managers to ensure service excellence
- Maintain up-to-date activity tracking in Salesforce
- Attend team huddles and contribute to Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's sales strategy meetings
- Share client feedback and market insights to help shape product and service development
- 2–3+ years of B2B Sales or Account Management experience (construction, industrial services, or related fields)
- Proven hunter mentality with confidence in prospecting, cold calling, and closing
- Strong communication skills and technical curiosity
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Reliable vehicle and valid Driver's license
