Pacific Centre for Reproductive Medicine (PCRM) is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Patient Concierge to be the welcoming face of our Edmonton clinic.
Position: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday + rotating weekends

About the Role
As a Patient Concierge, You Will
Be the first point of contact for our patients – in person, over the phone, and online.
Create a welcoming, calm, and organized clinic environment.
Support both administrative functions and direct patient care coordination.
You’ll work closely with our Reception Supervisor/Operations Assistant and a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth operations and an outstanding patient experience.

Support both administrative functions and direct patient care coordination.
You’ll work closely with our Reception Supervisor/Operations Assistant and a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth operations and an outstanding patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Support & Front Desk
- Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Accurately enter patient details into the EMR system.
- Maintain clinic databases and patient records.
- Answer and triage calls and online inquiries.
- Direct patients to the right departments.
- Schedule, modify, and cancel appointments.
- Process payments and perform daily reconciliations.
- Handle mail distribution and clinic security (weekends & holidays).
- Act as Fire Marshal and attend fire safety meetings.
- Organize deliveries and pickups (specimens, pharmacy sheets, payroll).
- Confirm weekend appointments with patients.
- Perform general office tasks (filing, faxing, mail handling).
- Jump in where needed to support the team.
Education & Experience
- 1+ year administrative experience (healthcare setting preferred).
- Medical Office Assistant Certification is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Professionalism in handling sensitive inquiries.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and office software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a team environment.
