Your Mission


As a Client Service Manager II, your mission is to elevate the customer experience to new heights by supporting our pharmacy clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for pharmacy professionals, ensuring they fully leverage their Kroll and pharmacy technology solutions. Your deep understanding of pharmacy operations, coupled with your ability to implement innovative solutions, will drive exceptional service delivery and improve both patient care and operational efficiency. Your expertise will empower pharmacists to confidently utilize their systems, transforming pharmacy services for the better.


What You’ll Do


  • Lead Client Engagements: Act as the main point of contact for pharmacy clients, understanding their business needs and regulatory requirements
  • Optimize Kroll Utilization: Ensure clients fully leverage Kroll and other pharmacy management solutions by implementing best practices and innovative strategies
  • Drive Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service by deeply understanding and addressing client needs, fostering a positive and seamless customer experience
  • Provide Strategic Insights: Gather and share valuable customer insights to inform continuous improvements in our solutions
  • Innovate and Implement: Develop and execute solutions that enhance pharmacy operations, patient safety, and compliance
  • Empower Pharmacy Teams: Provide advanced support to help pharmacists and their teams maximize efficiency in their daily workflows
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with internal teams, including Product, Support, and Sales, to drive our shared vision and deliver impactful results


What You Bring


  • Experience in pharmacy operations, pharmacy technology, and related healthcare solutions
  • Strong understanding of Kroll and other pharmacy management systems required
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Salary Range: $72,000-$108,000 Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 12%
