This role is perfect for a strategic and creative leader, who is passionate about storytelling and brand development.

This is a new role for Highstreet. While we’ve had great success in our first 20 years, we recognize it’s time to leverage the strength of our brand and grow into a challenging market. We have over 2,000 homes we haven’t started on yet and expect to sell in excess of $300 million in condos, and lease up approximately 1,200 homes, in the next 3 years. We need someone who is able and ready to take on that challenge in a tougher market than we’ve seen in years.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop Highstreet’s marketing strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, campaigns, and events across all projects and rental communities.
  • Define and evolve the brand identity to ensure it is consistent, memorable and accurate.
  • Design and lead data-driven customer acquisition and retention multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, events etc.) that spotlight our unique qualities and values.
  • Develop initiatives that highlight customer experiences, showcase success stories, and foster a sense of belonging within our communities.
  • Analyze sales performance and marketing effectiveness to optimize strategy and forecast revenue.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and industry partners to amplify reach.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, using insights to inform strategy and innovation to differentiate us in the market.
  • Work closely with the Leadership Team and contribute to Highstreet’s strategic direction and overall business objectives.

What does success look like?

  • Build and lead a dynamic, purpose aligned team that loves where they work.
  • Deliver powerful messaging that resonates with buyers, renters, and prospective employees.
  • Develop sales processes that are efficient, scalable, and aligned with Highstreet’s values.
  • Create innovative and cost-effective marketing campaigns which result in strong brand equity and customer loyalty.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and competitive dynamics in all of our markets.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in residential real estate, development, or related industry.
  • Established track record of leading high-performing teams and scaling brand and sales operations.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into insight-driven action.
  • Passionate about sustainability, innovation, and community impact.
