Lansdowne Centre has an exciting opportunity for a relief full-time Administrative Services Assistant to join their team in Kamloops B.C! This Mental Health Substance Use and Community Administrative position will support four sites; Landsdowne Centre, King Street, Alumnae Tower and Thompson Community Office. This position works Monday to Friday days from 09:00-17:00.

Your role combines front-line reception duties with behind-the-scenes coordination and organization. From scheduling client appointments and managing data systems to preparing reports and maintaining medical supply inventories, your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will help ensure our teams run smoothly. You’ll also support clinical operations by cleaning medical equipment and assisting with the distribution of supplies and biologicals—helping to keep our health services safe, responsive, and efficient.

What should your application include?
- A 5-minute typing test (40+ nwpm) from a recognized institution, completed within the past 48 months (non-supervised tests not accepted). Click here for testing details;
- An office administration certificate from a recognized institution;
- Your Resume outlining one year of recent related experience, Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience;
- A Cover Letter stating your availability to start in a new position and on-call, casual work (i.e. days of the week).
