As a member of the Green Infrastructure Partners, Technical Services team, focused on providing enhanced engineering repaired services and technical field services, as well as solutions in power systems, and controls & automation disciplines.

What You’ll Do:
As an Equipment and Inventory Controller, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our tools, materials, and rental equipment are tracked, maintained, and always ready for action. This newly created role is essential to improving job readiness, reducing asset loss, and maximizing the value of our internal systems and field teams.
You will:
- Take full ownership of our tooling, material, and equipment inventory — including rental assets such as generators and transformers.
- Implement real-time asset and inventory tracking systems using Intelex.
- Develop and maintain systems for issuing, returning, and auditing equipment and materials.
- Conduct regular physical audits and reconcile records with Maestro and Intelex.
- Oversee maintenance, inspections, and calibration schedules, ensuring all equipment is safe and compliant.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Operations to support replenishment, replacements, and capital asset planning.
- Generate reports on usage, losses, maintenance, and costs to support operational and financial decision-making.
- Assist in the development and implementation of access controls, digital tagging, and on-call support procedures.
- Provide backup support for shipping and receiving as needed.
What We're Looking For:
We’re excited to meet candidates who have:
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in inventory, asset management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with inventory management software (Intelex, Maestro, or equivalent).
- Experience conducting audits and developing control systems.
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong communication skills.
- Ability to operate forklifts, trucks, or related equipment (certification an asset).
- A strong safety-first approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
