Job Description
We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in our Digital Transformation Office (DTO). This position is central to delivering key business transformation initiatives, most notably an Oracle Cloud ERP implementation, and driving process improvement across core operational areas like Finance, Procurement, Planning, and Manufacturing.
In this highly strategic role, you will partner directly with business leaders and cross-functional teams to shape and implement cutting-edge digital solutions that redefine how we operate and deliver value.
Note: This position qualifies for an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of onsite work and onboarding. Employee will be subject to the terms of the Flexible Work Policy Agreement.

What You'll Do
- Act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders to uncover pain points, identify opportunities, and shape transformation roadmaps.
- Lead discovery sessions, fit-gap analysis, and co-create future-state process designs with business and IT leaders.
- Translate high-level business goals into functional requirements and solution designs aligned to best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive implementation in partnership with functional Business Process Owners (BPOs)
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to drive process clarity, alignment, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with IT, vendors, and system integrators to deliver Oracle ERP enhancements and resolve system issues.
- Guide testing, training, and rollout of new features and processes in partnership with Change Management and Training teams.
- Stay up to date on digital trends and Oracle ERP capabilities to inform solution recommendations.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience with a Big Four consulting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG), ideally focused on ERP or digital transformation.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CBAP, CPA, or Oracle Cloud credentials are an asset.
- Experience working in Engineer-to-Oder (ETO) or industrial manufacturing environments.
- Expertise in process mapping, gap analysis, and solution evaluation.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, particularly Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain modules.
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and ERP technical architecture.
- Strong analytical and facilitation skills - comfortable running workshops, developing process maps, and presenting to executives.
- A passion for simplifying complexity, solving business problems, and enabling teams through technology.
- Understanding of business and commitment for developing business acumen through learning and training.
