Ledcor Highways Ltd. is hiring operators to maintain the Alaska Highway across Northern BC. This full-time, year-round position includes snow removal, pothole repair, and other essential roadwork using heavy equipment. Operators are based in remote locations with camp accommodations and receive industry-leading wages and benefits.

What You’ll Need

• Valid Class 1 or 3 license with air endorsement
• Clear 3-year driver’s abstract
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather
• Experience operating snowplows or wheel loaders (preferred)
• Willingness to work shifts, nights, and on-call
