Job Description

This is a 12-18 month contract position

Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
  • Create resources that support marketing requirements to develop business opportunities, support selling strategies and prospective efforts.
  • Develop compelling content for our intranet, social media, website and advertising campaigns, including video, photography, and written content.
  • Post content using Drupal & WordPress (CMS).
  • Manage content calendars and suggest content ideas.
  • Supervise and grow social media presence across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and support business needs.
  • Work together with external vendors to finalize content, including designers and translators.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and effectiveness for a wide variety of content.
  • Provide administrative support as needed. This may include processing invoices, ordering office supplies and helping co-ordinate events.

Education & Certifications:

  • Recent graduate opportunity with a background in Marketing or Communications, preferably with some experience in a business-to-business environment.
  • A University or College degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Google Search and Display experience – targeting conversions.
  • Experience using content management systems (back end website) to post and schedule content.
  • Experience creating compelling content for a variety of platforms, including social media and websites.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills – must be able to manage numerous projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Effective time management skills – must be able to follow through on project requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop digital marketing campaigns and analyze their effectiveness using Google
  • Analytics and CRM systems.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
