- Prepare and submit detailed Daily Reports and Incident Reports.
- Document all activities and report any anomalies immediately.
- Respond to fire, medical, and security emergencies.
- Follow specific on-site instructions and undergo regular training.
- Adapt to unique site-specific security requirements.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using security technology.
- Physical fitness and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- React quickly to threats or incidents
- Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
- Document incidents and actions taken
- Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
- Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid Valid Manitoba security license
- First aid certification an asset
- Ability to stand and walk entire shift
- Fluent in English, both written and orally
- High school education or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Pass RAIC and Fingerprint clearances
- 95 Mask Fitting Training
