We are hiring Investigations Officer for Cash Services Divison in our Mississauga, ON branch.

We are hiring Investigations Officer for Cash Services Divison in our Mississauga, ON branch.
What You Will Be Doing
- Investigations for ATM Differences and claims
- Daily reporting of all customers (For different functions e.g., Deposit Processing, Cash Bin, ATM Rec, Cheque investigations, BOC, Precious Metals)
- Assisting Supervisors with Daily Metrics Data collection
- Assisting in investigation of Daily Outages and actioning as required (Pulling TRs, requesting rebalances, performing offsets, maintaining the daily differences tracker)
- Responding to customer emails, inquires in a timely & professional manner
- Daily reconciliation of ABM treasury holdings in an accurate and timely manner
- Identify and correct unit, treasury and/or institution problems in a timely fashion
- Resolve low cash situations, unit problems, required rebalance, recovery of differences, crew training requirements and requests for emergency cash loads
- Liaise with Cash Operations Section Manager to rectify paperwork issues
- Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with internal and external customers
- Reporting any losses to Security
- Creating and maintaining statistical reports

- Working/Practical knowledge of Cash Vault Services operations is a key requirement
- Strong Knowledge of Computing systems such as: Word, Excel, and MS Office applications
- Strong knowledge of current customer base

- Strict attention to detail, accuracy in analysis
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
