The opportunity

As a Senior Global Immigration Coordinator at EY, you will play a vital role in supporting multinational clients navigate complex immigration processes. This position offers the chance to collaborate with a dynamic and highly skilled team while showcasing your organizational skills and attention to detail. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Workload Management
    • Own and prioritize assigned engagements effectively.
    • Communicate engagement status and updates to team members.
    • Utilize online and case management tools for coordination.
    • Alert the Global Manager of potential escalations promptly.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Implement standardized processes and proactively manage client projects.
    • Articulate EY capabilities and client program objectives clearly.
    • Ensure adherence to case intake processes and address issues swiftly.
    • Maintain awareness of local contacts and escalation points.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Prepare for and actively contribute to team and client meetings.
    • Inform the team of absences and assist with vacation coverage.
    • Build relationships with local contacts for effective communication.
  • Communication
    • Keep Global and Senior Managers informed of client-related issues.
    • Manage client communications efficiently, adhering to SLAs.
    • Implement risk management procedures for email communications.
  • Billing and Finance
    • Understand and execute billing procedures and timelines.
    • Review Invoice Request Forms and ensure compliance with Scope of Services.
    • Leverage Business Intelligence Reporting for analytical insights.
