We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this impactful role, you will play a vital part in supporting one of our key clients by managing and delivering key deliverables in support of client campaigns and initiatives. The Skills And Experience You Have


  • Operations Coordination: Manage and oversee the execution of print and branded marketing projects, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards, client expectations, and established timelines.
  • Account-Logistics Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between account and the logistics teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to ensure project success.
  • Task Management: Update project and activity status in the marketing automation platform.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges and develop effective solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records, ensure data integrity, and manage project information across relevant systems.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare, organize, and present operational performance reports, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Lead weekly operational status meetings, prepare agendas, document notes, and track action items


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, operations, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of operations experience, preferably in a retail marketing agency environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and project management tools (such as Salesforce).
  • Collaborative team player with a service-focused mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Superior attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
