The Role
As a Keyholder, you’ll support the Store Manager by leading on the sales floor, opening and closing the store, and ensuring exceptional client service at all times. You’ll build and grow a personal clientele, hit monthly sales and KPI targets, and keep the store running smoothly day-to-day. You’ll also be a role model for your team, promoting the brand’s culture and ensuring visual standards are always on point.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service, always putting the client first

• Build long-term relationships with your clients and grow your personal book of business

• Achieve personal sales and KPI goals each month

• Process transactions, exchanges, and returns with accuracy

• Assist with visual merchandising and maintain brand presentation standards

• Support in-store events and brand initiatives

• Lead by example on the sales floor, motivating and coaching team members

• Open and close the store following SOPs

• Help with inventory management, stock requests, and loss prevention

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

• Compensation: $18/hr + 2% commission
