This pivotal role will be instrumental in ensuring efficient product handling, precise inventory management, and timely order fulfillment as we integrate new retail operations with our growing wholesale business.

We are seeking an experience and detail-oriented leader to strategically oversee and optimize all daily warehouse operations. This pivotal role will be instrumental in ensuring efficient product handling, precise inventory management, and timely order fulfillment as we integrate new retail operations with our growing wholesale business.
As our Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing all warehouse functions, ensuring efficient product handling, inventory management, and timely order fulfillment. Your Daily Adventures
- Oversee and optimize all daily warehouse operations, from receiving to returns, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Ensure accurate inventory through regular counts, audits, and best practices, addressing any discrepancies.
- Lead the order fulfillment process, guaranteeing timely, accurate, and complete deliveries to customers.
- Manage, train, and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a culture of high performance, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize capacity, efficiency, and support new retail operations, including inbound/outbound shipments.
- Implement and utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other technologies to streamline operations and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support budgeting and cost control, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries, resolving any related issues.
- Five (5) to eight (8) years of proven experience in a similar role within warehouse operations or logistics.
- A background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration is a significant asset.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and inspire staff.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy in all aspects of inventory management.
