Job Description
The Leadership and Talent Development Program Manager is a strategic advisor and program leader with no direct reports. Accountabilities
- Design and deliver leadership development strategies and experiences that build future-ready leaders at all levels.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to define critical capabilities, map skill adjacencies, and implement frameworks that support internal mobility and workforce agility
- Act as a liaison for global talent initiatives, ensuring alignment and local execution of go-to-channel strategies that support enterprise-wide talent goals
- Augment performance management practices to foster a culture of continuous feedback, coaching, and growth
- Provide expert consulting to business leaders on talent strategies, using data and insights to inform decisions and measure impact
- Support change management efforts related to talent programs, ensuring adoption and sustainability across the organization
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to co-create and scale talent solutions that drive business outcomes
- Stay current on emerging trends in talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness to inform strategy
- Strategic mindset and strong business acumen with talent/people expertise along with the ability to translate business needs into talent strategies
- Proven ability to leverage data and analytics for insights that drive talent and business decisions
- Strong consulting capabilities across HR and Talent Management workstreams, including scoping, diagnostics, and solution delivery
- Expertise in leadership development, performance enablement, and skills-based frameworks
- Experienced in applying and coaching consulting frameworks (e.g., scoping, contracting, discovery)
- Adaptable and collaborative partner who engages effectively across diverse leadership styles
- Skilled at building trust, navigating complex stakeholder relationships, and influencing without authority
- Demonstrates change agility and a strong bias for action in dynamic environments
