As n IT Operations, End User Computing Specialist you will be the go-to tech expert for Grand & Toy associates, ensuring our teams stay productive, connected, and empowered by providing front line support, managing devices, and driving technology initiatives across the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Frontline Tech Support: Tackle help desk tickets and deliver fast, friendly support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and more.
  • Device Setup & Imaging: Configure and deploy new or refreshed computers and mobile phones, always meeting rigorous corporate standards and security policies.
  • Hardware & Software Rollouts: Play a key role in introducing new equipment, rolling out Windows upgrades, and unleashing new features in Office 365 across the organization.
  • User Access & Systems Management: Assist with onboarding, permissions, device setup, and troubleshooting access issues to ensure smooth transitions for all team members.
  • Collaborative Projects: Work side-by-side with IT Analysts and Engineers on high-impact initiatives like national data centre upgrades, networking enhancements, and enterprise system launches.
  • Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Maintain up-to-date support documentation and help us find smarter, faster ways to serve our people.

What We’re Looking For

  • Enthusiasm for technology and a passion for solving problems
  • A “People Person” with strong communication skills and a collaborative, friendly, and approachable personality
  • Experience supporting hardware and software in a dynamic business environment for medium - enterprise size businesses
  • Drive to learn, adapt, and take ownership of your work

Where You'll Work

This role is based in Vaughan, Ontario, and is office-based at least four days per week.
