Your role

As a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator, your mission is to facilitate the seamless flow of customer equipment, service parts, and new product sales by ensuring that these items are received, handled, and shipped using efficient and cost-effective methods. You will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and will be integral to optimizing our logistics operations.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers to address queries, complaints, and requests.
  • Develop and manage partnerships with delivery and shipping vendors to support and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Receive and verify incoming deliveries, ensuring accurate routing to the intended recipients while maintaining meticulous records.
  • Package items for shipment, preparing all necessary documentation to ensure compliance with shipping regulations.
  • Schedule and coordinate outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery to customers and maintaining logistics timelines.
  • Manage and oversee repair shop inventory levels, proactively communicating stock needs to your team lead.
  • Maintain compliance with established shipping procedures and guidelines, ensuring all safety and operational standards are met.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to manage inventory storage locations in SAP, ensuring accuracy in stock levels and availability.
  • Oversee the handling and movement of demo equipment, ensuring its availability for customer demonstrations and other sales initiatives.

To succeed, you will need

  • 3+ years of shipping and logistics experience.
  • Prior experience in a service-related field, especially involving customer interaction, is considered an asset.
  • Hands-on experience in boxing and packaging custom equipment.
  • Proficiency with asset tracking software and similar logistical tools.
  • Familiarity with UPS WorldShip and other shipping software.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems that enhance logistics efficiency.
  • A customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, customer-focused team environment.
