We’re searching for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our energetic sales team and accelerate our expansion within the tours and attractions space. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, prospecting new leads, building relationships with operators and owners, and introducing them to the power of RocketRez.

Job Overview 

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at RocketRez, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers in the tours and attractions industry. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute high-volume outbound prospecting strategies, targeting owners and operators. This role is essential to ensuring that our Account Executives can focus on high-potential opportunities as we build relationships with businesses worldwide. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Execute a high volume of outbound prospecting activities (calls, emails, social) targeting businesses in the tours and attractions sector. 
  • Research accounts to identify key stakeholders and generate interest to open doors to new opportunities. 
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs and qualify prospects for Account Executives. 
  • Answer basic technical questions about the RocketRez platform, clearly communicating our value proposition. 
  • Utilize CRM (HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.) to manage, track, and record all prospecting activity and progress toward goals. 
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team on messaging, lead hand-off, and communication plans to nurture and develop accounts. 
  • Document and maintain all lead and sales activity in the CRM, contributing to process improvements in the RocketRez handbook as needed. 
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience in every interaction, upholding RocketRez’s reputation for outstanding service. 


Qualifications & Requirements 

  • Entry-level role; 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service preferred but not required. 
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities. 
  • Comfortable with technology, familiar with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and sales automation tools a huge plus 
  • Experience generating and nurturing leads through to demos is a plus. 
  • Knowledge or experience in SaaS technology companies and/or the tours and attractions industry is a strong advantage. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus. 
  • Ability to build rapport with stakeholders and engage leads confidently. 
  • A “whatever it takes” attitude and passion for sales are essential.
