Our client is seeking a dedicated ICI focused project Manager with the ability to manage multiple small to mid sized projects at any one time. Projects range from retail/commercial renovations/fit-outs to new builds.

This role has come about due significant sustained growth.

Their focus across the Greater Ottawa Metropolitan Area is on small to mid sized ICI projects ranging from small fitouts to Mid sized ICI new builds.

Project Manager - ICI - Ottawa

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of projects, from planning to implementation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Manage several projects at once
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Profile

Project Manager - ICI - Ottawa

A successful Project Manager should have:

• An educational background in Construction Management or a related field.
• 5+ years ICI focused project management experience
• Proven work experience in project management in ICI Construction
• Experience managing a portfolio of multiple small to mid-sized ICI projects
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software tools (Procore is preferred)

4+ years ICI focused project management experience
Proven work experience in project management in ICI Construction
