Description

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Product Designer to lead design and discovery for new products from concept to launch. This is a unique opportunity to shape product direction from the ground up in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where design leadership directly impacts business outcomes.

The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to Product and Engineering, driving continuous discovery and validation, and ensuring exceptional user experiences. Key expectations include delivering high-quality design solutions, maintaining weekly user contact, and applying insights to guide product strategy. Success will be measured by the ability to bring products to market efficiently, meet user needs, and uphold our design standards across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Product Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead the end-to-end design process from initial concept through launch
  • Drive continuous discovery with weekly user interviews and rapid validation cycles
  • Shape product strategy using user insights in collaboration with Product & Engineering leadership
  • Own the design vision and ensure consistent, high-quality user experiences
Research & Discovery
  • Establish and manage a continuous discovery process
  • Lead design thinking workshops and ideation sessions across disciplines
  • Prototype, test, and iterate rapidly to validate assumptions
  • Synthesize user insights to inform ongoing product decisions
Design & Collaboration
  • Create and present design artefacts to facilitate alignment across teams
  • Mentor team members in user-centred design and discovery practices
  • Collaborate with global designers to ensure design consistency
  • Communicate design decisions effectively to executive stakeholders

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Essential
  • Proven success launching new products from concept to market
  • Strong experience in continuous discovery practices and user research methodologies
  • Expertise in end-to-end product design, from research to post-launch optimisation
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Miro, prototyping platforms, and user research software
  • Systems thinking capability, including service design and complex user ecosystems
  • Data-driven design approach with experience using analytics and behavioural insights
  • Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Collaborative leadership style that drives alignment across teams
Preferred
  • Experience in B2B software, legal tech, or enterprise solutions
  • Background in Lean Startup, Design Sprint, or similar rapid-iteration methods
  • Experience mentoring or leading design teams
  • Understanding of technical constraints and development processes
