Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to shape a product that blends the in-person consumer facing side of the B2B2C model with the operational needs of public institutions — all while making a meaningful impact in K-12 education.

We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager to lead our flagship platform through a transformative phase. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of deciphering and optimizing complex workflows, coupled with a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly experiences that delight even the most change-resistant users.

As a key player in our high-growth environment, you'll own major initiatives around our in-person POS and payments experiences - from concession stands and merchandise tables to ticket booths and fee collection. We're looking for a strategic thinker with outstanding communication skills, deep empathy, and a drive to effect meaningful change. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and deliver results under pressure will be crucial. Your ability to take things in stride and with a sense of humor will be appreciated.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product strategy and execution of our in-person POS solutions and payments platform used by K-12 schools, districts and their communities.
  • Optimize user experiences for parents and guardians making purchases and fee payments, while ensuring administration is a breeze for school staff.
  • Own the product roadmap for POS features and integrations, including hardware capabilities, transaction flows and reporting.
  • Deeply understand the needs of end consumers and translate them into product requirements that serve both our clients and their customers.
  • Prioritize features ruthlessly, balancing GTM needs, strategic business objectives, and long-term product health.
  • Analyze product performance and user behavior to inform decisions and iterate quickly.
  • Partner with engineering and design to create POS experiences that seamlessly fit an omni-channel solution.
  • Spearhead go-to-market plans, including product launches, messaging, and sales enablement.
  • Stay on top of industry trends in POS technology and payments processing.

Requirements and Skills:

  • 3+ years of product management experience in a SaaS environment, ideally with B2B2C dynamics.
  • Exposure to building/integrating POS systems and payments products preferred, including hardware/software coordination, API integrations, device provisioning, and in-person transaction flows.
  • Demonstrated ability to break down complex B2B workflows into simple, intuitive steps.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and product discovery frameworks.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to guide product decisions.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Top tier problem-solving skills with a focus on balancing user needs and business objectives.
  • Knowledge of event management, fundraising, or fee collection workflows is a plus.
  • Previous experience working with merchant services partners and other strategic product partners is a plus.

We Offer:

  • Competitive salary
  • Comprehensive health and dental benefits
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Continuing Education
  • Great colleagues and collaboration
