The Gig

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our 50+ franchise locations across Canada. You’ll be the go-to for local marketing planning, coaching, and execution. This full-time role is based at our Burnaby Support Centre (near the River District), with some travel and a sprinkle of work-from-home flexibility.

What You’ll Be Up To

• Helping franchisees build and execute local marketing plans
• Keeping in touch with regular calls and visits
• Teaming up with our graphic designer and marketing manager to create awesome materials
• Coaching store teams and customizing plans to fit their vibe
• Using data to guide improvements
• Creating content calendars and presentations
• Collaborating with our Operations team to keep things smooth

Your Toolkit

• Post-secondary education in Marketing or Communications
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (bonus points for franchise or hospitality background)
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Comfortable with: Facebook Business Manager, Instagram for Business, Google My Business, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Email. Do you have experience with Asana, Franconnect, or Chatmeter? Even better!
