The Role
As an Office Services Clerk at Manning Elliott LLP, you will play a key role in supporting the firm’s daily operations by ensuring the smooth flow of administrative and clerical tasks. From managing mail and maintaining office spaces to assisting with reception and supply inventory, your contributions will help create a well-organized and professional environment for both clients and team members. What You’ll Do
Educational Background: A minimum of a high school diploma is required for this position.
Experience: 1–2 years of related experience, preferably in a professional services setting.

What You’ll Do
- Sort and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail and courier packages
- Organize and maintain office common areas, including kitchens, to ensure a clean and professional environment
- Monitor office supply inventory and report shortages
- Provide reception coverage as needed
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
