On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Scrum Master - ServiceNow/Data Network Infrastructure Projects for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office, moving to 4 days a week after November 3rd.


Scrum Master - ServiceNow/Data Network Infrastructure Projects - Job Description:

This project involves supporting the Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations for the ServiceNow product group within a leading financial institution. The Scrum Master will drive execution on Agile teams, providing guidance and thought leadership to build Agile capability across the organization.


Scrum Master - ServiceNow/Data Network Infrastructure Projects - Responsibilities:

• Facilitate key ceremonies such as daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Ensure execution of sprints on time
• Mentor and guide teams, championing continuous improvement
• Engage stakeholders to identify business problems and create scalable solutions
• Maintain strong data hygiene and keep information updated
• Collaborate with Product Owners to establish delivery guardrails
  
  
  

Scrum Master - ServiceNow/Data Network Infrastructure Projects - Mandatory Skills:

• 5 years of proven experience in delivering scaled agile projects
• Experience with managing delivery of ServiceNow or Data Network Infrastructure projects
• Strong Jira and Confluence knowledge
• Experience in a Canadian banking institution
• Strong Risk Management capabilities to prevent impediments
• Strong communication skills/Executive level communication

• Previous ServiceNow Product Group experience
• Project Management Infrastructure experience
• Experience with Agile transformation initiatives
