Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Internal Communication Specialist to join our Dealer Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective internal communication strategies to ensure consistent and transparent communication within Dealer Services with a particular focus on our business transformation program.
The Internal Communication Specialist will create engaging content for internal channels such as intranet, newsletters, townhalls and emails, and will work closely with various departments to convey key messages and business updates to employees and key stakeholders.

The Internal Communication Specialist will create engaging content for internal channels such as intranet, newsletters, townhalls and emails, and will work closely with various departments to convey key messages and business updates to employees and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies to promote a transparent and consistent flow of information within Dealer Services.
- Create and distribute compelling content for internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, emails, video, and internal social media platforms.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Change Management Office, to ensure that internal communication aligns with organizational goals and initiatives.
- Organize and coordinate internal events, town hall meetings, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support senior leadership in crafting key messages and announcements for internal dissemination.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of communication efforts.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication strategies and content.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or another relevant field
- 5 to 7 years' experience in an internal communication role
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactical communication plans.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with and create content in various communication tools such as PowerPoint
- Proficiency with digital communication platforms and tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams; demonstrated experience working with members of the senior leadership team
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with tight timelines
- Tolerance for working with ambiguity
- Demonstrates autonomy and leadership.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English to communicate with internal and external partners. High proficiency in French is advantageous
