Sustainable Gardening & Landscaping
Hiring: Gardener/Landscaper
Company: Wind Whistle
Location: Caledon / Mississauga / Peel Region / GTA ON
Landscaping company in need of experienced gardener to help with maintenance, and potentially some installation work as well
Our company is one of the most friendly and positive work environments ~ we're very thoughtful and kind ~ we're also tough and hard working, and we seek these qualities in our employees ~ we're looking for the right balance between open-minded and thoughtful, and tough and willing to work hard ~ the right quality of character is even more important than level of experience
That being said, we are looking for someone that knows what they're doing when it comes to garden maintenance ~ the more experience you have the better we'll pay ~ we're willing to pay somewhere between $25 and $35 per hour, depending on work ethic and skills ~ we could also use one less experienced person too, like a landscape labourer, whom we'd potentially pay a more modest $20 or $22 an hour
The work is all over the GTA ~ having a vehicle is very helpful ~ sometimes we're near High Park, sometimes North York, sometimes in the Beaches ~ work can be all over ~
Work starts in mid March or early April and goes till December ~ we're flexible with our schedule ~ very accomodating to part time hours or needing time off mid summer ~ our average work days are Monday through Friday starting sometime between 8 and 10am and finishing around 5 or 6pm ~
