Job Summary
Join our expanding and dynamic team as our Registered Physiotherapist in our state-of-the-art Integrated Care Clinic! This role will provide various services, including (not limited to) comprehensive assessments, customized treatment plans , developing SMART and patient centered rehabilitation goals, care planning, and referrals. Wage is based on experience.
Job Types: Full-time hours – 35 to 40 per week. (Part-Time option available) Part-Time hours: 25-40 per week
Salary: From $ 42.00 – 52.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday (hours are variable)

✓ This role will provide various services, including (not limited to) comprehensive assessments,
✓ Customized treatment plans , developing SMART and patient centered rehabilitation goals, care planning, and referrals. Wage is based on experience.
✓ Required Education: Completion of a Bachelors’ or Masters’ Program in Physical Therapy from recognized Canadian or International University.
✓ Physiotherapist Licence In Ontario (required)
✓ Current registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
✓ Proof of professional liability insurance.
✓ Active Assisted Devices Provider (ADP) license for mobility aids or intent to obtain ADP license from MOHLTC.
✓ Valid Driver’s license and insurance
✓ Reliable vehicle
✓ Successful Vulnerable Sector Check within the last 6 months
